Let the hands grab each other and pull on each other behind the back, one arm over the shoulder and the other from below. Hold this for a number of seconds, and then do the same with the other arm over the shoulder and the one arm from below. If one can not make the hands touch, use a towel to enable the hands to pull on each other. This exercises can also be done while riding on a stationary bicycle.
